Logitech for Education | Premium Podcast turned into case study for B2B

A quick discussion behind the scenes at our Podcast production with Logitech.I'm trying to encourage businesses to do more and more, which is to take the conversation into the users location.

So the use case is actually literally happening behind us. They're using the pence that we're talking about. And that's a great way to tell stories, to really show the impact. If you love, you know, if people, the customers love your product, then go and film this kind of format with the customers using the product.

Here is one of the main videos that came from the production:

Here is the full conversation

TRANSCRIPT OF CONVERSATION

In the real environment together Exactly. In the lesson and doing this at the same time. Yeah. This is what I'm trying to encourage businesses to do more and more, which is take the conversation into the location. Okay. Okay, cool. We rolling on all three. Rolling and everything. Okay. So let's make a start.

Hi There. Benny just wanted to do a quick behind the scenes. What have we been doing today? We have been here at Skapaskolan creating a podcast with the star lead Terese. It was your first time hosting a video podcast. Yeah, I was so nervous. Okay. Yeah. And how did it go? Now I never wanna lift.

Didn't I go ? I told you, didn't I? In our preparation, I said, I know you, you're gonna end up really enjoying this. Yeah. And we had a meeting on Monday when you teach me how, what to say and how to act. So um, you said so many times. Yeah. That was like a secret tip, right? Yeah. I said, why, why, why, why, why, why, why?

Just keep asking why. Yeah. And that gets the person talking and you get the person to kind of dig a bit deeper on the questions. Yeah. So I noticed you used that a lot today, but we also have the luxury to have Andrews who was very natural. Yeah. It helps having a, you know, a confident guest. Yeah. But what I say to people is, You know, you've done your 10,000 hours of talking, you know, you've had many conversations.

So this video product format really is perfect for, you know, perhaps, you know, if you're not from the selfie generation and a bit uncomfortable about doing that, but this is really built for kind of business to business conversations. It's great format. You can just jump on it like we've done today. We did a little bit of planning.

Yeah, but not much, but didn't get too crazy. No, no, really, we've just shown up and we did some stuff that wasn't planned. You jumped on, which really worked out well. Yeah, that was not in the plan. And the plan was and the students, but I was so impressed about the two students that were sitting. Yeah.

It was so great. They were so natural. Yeah. And you know, they really did. This is their Yeah. Way of. And for me, what really struck me with that is that, you know, in a business to business environment, you know, it's quite rare to sort of create authentic material like this with the end. Yeah. I mean this really is talking to the students, the ones who are using the pen on a daily basis.

Yeah. Wasn't that just so special, but also sitting here in the real environment together Exactly. In the lesson and doing this at the same time. Yeah. This is what I'm trying to encourage businesses to do more and more, which is take the conversation into the location. So the use case is actually literally happening behind us.

Yeah. They're using the pence that we're talking about. Yeah. And that, and that's a great way to tell stories, to really show the impact. If you love, you know, if people, if customers love your product, then go and film this kind of format with the customers using the product. It's kind of simple, but no one does it.

Yeah. And, and, and we are actually even inspired them with the products that we wasn't supposed to talk about. Right. This ones, yeah. Because they, they really, oh, I want to try, I won't try. All the kids had been here, so. Yeah. So it's a great opportunity if you have a, if you have a deep product line like Logitech, It's a great opportunity to drop in other, other products.

Yeah. That kind of like create other conversations or even other podcasts. So it's great. But I think we need to pack up now. We've been here for quite a while, since early this morning. But it was funny and I would love to do it again. . Okay. That's good. Right? Didn't I say that? You would probably ask for that.

You indeed. Well, it's been, it's been great fun and yeah, thank you for putting it together and yeah. Thank you. Yeah, we hope to do more and thank you, Brad. Thank you. Benny . Thank you Benny. Super. Bye bye.
