Video & Live Production Responsibilties
We find it useful to set out the key production responsibilities upfront so everyone knows the score from the start.
What we are responsible for:
Delivering a “kick ass” production inline with the agreed timesheet
Delivering the first draft of the video within the agreed timeframe. Unless otherwise agreed, our standard delivery timeframe is 20 working days or less from the day of the last recording.
Our timesheets include one round of feedback, more feedback may require additional time budgets. Please consolidate your team feedback in one round.
We assume we have your permission to document the behind the scenes of any recordings for the promotion of our work and publish on social media channels and our website
We are not responsible for any legal claims or damages resulting from the production of the video material or the impact of a live broadcast
What are you are responsible for:
Consolidating feedback and delivering it to us via Vimeo Review within 3 working days of the draft being sent
Modifications to the time as set out in the timesheet (scope creep) may incur additional charges
Ensure that the talent on camera are well prepared, and thus will not delay the recording or broadcasting of the video
Ensuring that you have legal permissions to record the talent and guest before your production starts
